Our service is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and is completely contactless and effortless. In the unlikely event that your abofiets breaks, all you have to do is double lock it outside and send the location to us via WhatsApp. After that you are relieved and can go on with your day or night. Within a few hours we will come and repair or replace your abofiets at the same location while you are away. Read detailed instructions about our included service here.
The risk of theft is small if your abofiets is always irremovably double locked. You do this by locking your bike to a fixed object, such as a bike rack or pole, with the ring lock and insert chain lock. If your abofiets is stolen, we will first make sure that you can continue cycling. You hand in the key, pay your own risk and report the theft together with one of our employees. The own risk is €99 and is only a small contribution given the retail value of our bike.The subscription lasts for a period of one month and is automatically renewed thereafter for a period of one month. Do not worry because you are not tied to anything. The subscription can be cancelled at any time without notice. This means that you do not have to pay an extra month when you cancel the subscription.
